Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You’ll have more fun doing Turbo Kick® than any other format.

Plus you can burn up to a 1000 calories in just one hour!!!

Piyo/Zumba Class!!

We are also offering a hour class which is broken down into two portions: Zumba & Piyo!

Piyo, a stretch workout, is about more than just flexibility. It is the perfect blend of Pilates, Yoga, sports stretch, dance stretch, and athletics that will help you burn calories and build muscles! The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, balance, and agility, while being easy on the mind and the joints.
